Purpose
Purpose
The focus and purpose of the Christian Education Ministry is to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ to all as we walk out the Great Commission in Matthew 28:19-20.
The Christian Education Ministry supports and encourages individuals in their spiritual growth and development. We encourage individuals to develop the discipline of daily study and meditation. Our ministry provides several opportunities for corporate study and learning through weekly Church School on Sundays, Cafe Nuggets on Tuesdays, and Bible Study on Wednesdays.

Church School is what has been traditionally called, Sunday School.
Church School is available for all ages and meets in the church building.

Cafe Nuggets
This learning opportunity provides place and space for the Happy Young Hearted Seniors to fellowship together for an hour in Bible Study designed just for them. Well, anyone else interested in joying is welcome.

Scholarship Ministry
Scholarship Ministry
The Scholarship Ministry's goal is to support and encourage the learning of all disciples. This ministry currently provides 2 scholarships a year.
The Lifelong Learner Scholarship is awarded to each graduating High School senior within the BBC family. This scholarship honors Diaconate Andrew McClenney.
The Maude P Berry Scholarship is a continuing education scholarship. This scholarship assists those within the BBC community of faith who are seeking to further their studies.
In addition to scholarships, we provide information and training for those seeking higher education, career paths, and scholarship resources as available.
